The week combines a love of the mountains with healthy living. Guests will enjoy spring skiing, yoga, Pilates, sports-massage, trail running (through snow in places!) & a carefully designed, delicious menu tailored to help the body prepare & recover from these activities in a super-healthy way!
The AliKats Mountain Holidays Health and Fitness week runs from 10th-17th April 2016. Prices start from £495 per person for 7 nights (based on two sharing) and include 6 days in a catered chalet, regular yoga, Pilates and skiing sessions and recovery massage.
The price does not include flights, airport transfers or ski packs (lift pass and equipment rental), but – contrary to the healthy ethos – it does include champagne and canapés on arrival, full cooked breakfast, afternoon tea and cakes, and gourmet evening meals with plentiful supplies of wine!
More health-conscious guests can opt to add three guided mountain trail running sessions to their holiday and choose a lighter healthier menu with lots of juices and smoothies for breakfast and meals packed with fresh fruit and veg and plenty of superfoods. As not everyone is a fan of trail running (especially in the particular steep Alpine environment) so this element is an optional extra £75 / €105 for the 3 guided runs.
