Après Ski biscuits – too good to dunk!

Teresa Fisher

Teatime treats

Forget those stodgy chalet cakes that don’t rise properly at altitude.  Next time you’re in the Alps, be sure to pack this “Après Ski” tin of biscuits with you for a teatime treat.

Containing everything you could possibly need for a perfect ski trip: a set of skis and poles, a sledge, ice skates, ski mitts, bobble hat, a woolly scarf,  a couple of vintage sweaters and even a mug of hot chocolate full to the brim with marshmallows – all lovingly hand-iced by traditional biscuit specialists, The Biscuiteers.

Once you’ve eaten them all, the tin is ideal for keeping all those precious loose ends – ski passes, piste maps, coins, cards from favourite lunch haunts…

An Après Ski tin contains up to 16 handmade biscuits and costs £38.50 (plus postage and packaging) from http://www.biscuiteers.com/.
